Meet Sandy
Dr Sandy Geyer is a South African author whose writing explores self-identity, belonging, resilience, and voice. Alongside her work as a writer, Sandy is also a business leader, publisher, and leadership thinker. She co-founded Allcopy Publishers and the Mind Action Series, and subsequently started EnQPractice; creating evidence informed tools that connect adolescent leadership self-identity with adult leadership practice and entrepreneurial intelligence. Her intellectual signature lies in turning lived experience into practical frameworks that help people understand who they are, how they lead, and how they show up in the world. Across her books and programmes, she offers a distinctive contribution: showing that self-identity is not fixed in youth but continues to evolve across the lifespan, and that writing itself can be a practice of leadership. An act of agency, belonging, and voice.
